Oil storage tank: Sufficient diesel fuel must be stockpiled. Specifications usually require no less than 24 hours of full operating oil, and many hospitals will reserve 72 hours or more of fuel to deal with major disasters.
Fuel Supply Agreements: Sign emergency fuel supply agreements with suppliers to ensure fuel replenishment during prolonged power outages.
5. Power distribution system
Independent emergency bus: The hospital power distribution system will strictly distinguish between "normal load" and "guaranteed load", the latter of which is powered by the emergency bus.
