3. The main components of Huaquan Generac lighting towers
1. Generator set:
Power source: Diesel engine or gasoline engine, the vast majority of diesel engines, because diesel has high energy density, long battery life, suitable for long-term continuous work, and good adaptability to load changes.
Power range: Typically from 5kW to 30kW, sufficient to drive multiple high-power fixtures and power a small number of other tools.
Fuel tank: Built-in large capacity fuel tank, which can provide continuous operation from 8 hours to tens of hours.
2. Lighting System:
Lamps: Traditionally, metal halide lamps (metal halide lamps) or tungsten halogen lamps are mostly used, which have high brightness but slow start-up and high energy consumption. Now the mainstream has been fully upgraded to LED lights, because of their higher light efficiency, full brightness at the moment of starting, ultra-long life, good shock resistance, and more energy saving.
Light Plate Configuration: Typically with 4 heads (a common layout for lighthouses) and variants with 2, 6, or 8 heads. The lamp head can adjust the illumination angle. According to the needs of the site, each lamp head can be individually adjusted and rotated at a large angle up and down, left and right, to achieve 360° all-round lighting; The lamp heads can also be arranged on the lamp plate in four different directions, and if four lamp heads are needed to be illuminated in the same direction, the lamp plate can be turned over within 250° in the direction of the opening according to the required lighting angle and orientation.
